Maria Koutsogianni is a certified classical ballet teacher by the Royal Academy of Dance, as well as a modern dance instructor certified under the British ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing) system.
With professional experience both as a dancer and instructor, she has worked in classical, neoclassical works and events. She has received distinctions in competitions and festivals in both Greece and abroad.
She quickly progressed to become a certified Pilates Instructor, completing her training at Studio One under top-tier educators — one of whom was a direct student of Joseph Pilates himself.
